This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) defines how personal data is processed and protected when the Administration of the Site https://upmob.ru (the “Operator”) receives it from Users while they use the Site, its services, the User Account, place orders and pay for services.
By using the Site, you confirm your agreement with this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please refrain from using the Site.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Operator — sole proprietor (IP) Vladimir Leonidovich Rabchanov, OGRNIP 317470400018418, INN 471009214205, who processes the personal data of Users.
1.2. Personal data (PD) — any information relating, directly or indirectly, to a specified or identifiable natural person (the data subject).
1.3. Processing of PD — any action or set of actions performed with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, structuring, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of PD.
1.4. Site — the set of web pages, software and databases available at https://upmob.ru.
1.5. User — any legally capable natural person who uses the Site and has provided their personal data to the Operator.
2. Categories of personal data processed
2.1. The Operator may process the following personal data of Users:
· name (where provided in the registration form);
· e-mail address — required for registration;
· payment details (bank card details, account number, crypto wallet) — processed via payment services; the Operator does not store full card data;
· links to promotion objects (social media accounts, app pages, websites);
· IP address, browser type, operating system, data about visits and actions on the Site (collected automatically via cookies and logs);
· order and transaction history in the User Account.
2.2. Special categories of personal data (race, ethnicity, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, intimate life) are not processed by the Operator.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1. The Operator processes Users’ personal data solely for the following purposes: registration and identification of the User; providing access to the User Account and Site functionality; receiving and fulfilling promotion orders (including verifying links and order status); settlements (invoicing, payments, refunds); sending notifications about order status, changes to the offer and agreements, and technical works; sending promotional and informational materials (only with the User’s separate consent); handling support requests; analyzing User behaviour to improve the Site (based on anonymized data); and protecting against fraud, spam and automated actions and ensuring the Site’s security.
4. Legal grounds for processing
4.1. The Operator processes personal data on the following grounds: the User’s consent given by accepting this Policy; performance of a contract to which the User is a party (the public offer, the user agreement); processing of data the data subject has made available to an unlimited circle of persons; and protection of the Operator’s legitimate interests (e.g. debt recovery, fraud prevention), provided the rights of the data subject are not violated.
5. Obtaining consent
5.1. The User’s consent is deemed obtained upon registration on the Site — by ticking the checkbox: “I have read and accept the User Agreement, the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy (required).”
5.2. The User may withdraw consent at any time by sending written notice to the Operator at admin@upmob.ru. In that case the Operator must stop processing the personal data and destroy it within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.
6. Storage terms and conditions
6.1. Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, in electronic form.
6.2. Storage periods: data required to perform the contract (order history, payment details) — 5 years from the User’s last interaction with the Site or until the limitation period expires (3 years); contact data (e-mail) — until consent is withdrawn; automatic-collection logs (IP, browser, cookies) — 1 year from each visit; anonymized data for statistics — indefinitely.
6.3. After the storage period expires, personal data is destroyed or anonymized.
7. Transfer to third parties
7.1. The Operator does not sell or transfer Users’ personal data to third parties, except: to payment services (banks, payment aggregators, crypto exchanges) solely to process payments and refunds; at the request of law-enforcement authorities in the manner established by the law of the Russian Federation; as part of a reorganization of the Operator (business sale, merger), with the new owner obligated to observe this Policy; and to the Operator’s contractors (e.g. hosting provider, site developers) only for the technical operation of the Site, under a confidentiality obligation.
7.2. When transferring data, the Operator requires third parties to comply with Federal Law No. 152-FZ and to protect personal data.
8. Protection of personal data
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
9. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for correct operation and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect some features.
10. Rights of the User
You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, to require its clarification, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw your consent by contacting the Operator.
